LaunchPad Books was started by writers and editors tired of seeing brilliant manuscripts disappear into agents' slush piles. We built a working production studio — editing, design, print, eBook, audio, distribution and marketing under one roof — so independent authors can move at the speed of their ambition.

We never take royalties, sub-rights or equity. The book — and everything that comes from it — belongs to the person who wrote it.

Every quote is line-itemed before any work begins. No padded estimates, no surprise invoices, no creative accounting.

A short history.
We started by helping friends and friends-of-friends self-publish. Word got around. A studio formed. Two thousand titles later, we're still doing the same thing — only the team and the toolkit got better.
